Visiting Le Saleya is like being beamed up to the South of France in a family style establishment where owners get their hands dirty; where waiters run everywhere shouting out your order loudly, where the wine flows to pair traditional French dishes and ravish your palate; and where the kitchen door is widely opened, just because there is nothing to hide. Quite the opposite indeed. Proud of our sourcing and savoir-faire we love to share our methods, our kitchen stories, and our passion with our guests. There’s even a tiny special guests and friends’ kitchen table for the purists and the foodies that want to find out what being first in line during a “coups-de-feu” feels like. In January 2014, Le Saleya unveiled the next chapter in the restaurant’s history: a significant redesign, the extension of our terrace and a brand new menu designed by our Chef Philippe Charon. French style Suckling Pig, Pan-fried Goose Liver, Croustillant de Joue de Boeuf just to cite a few of our signature dishes that are to be washed down with a Pouilly Fumé, a Bordeaux or a Côtes du Rhône, the epicurean way… Le Saleya is all about generosity, conviviality, memories, and a shared pleasure around the table.
