Opened in November 2016, Fu Tapas & Wine Bar is located on Ju\'Er Hutong, in the heart of the ancient but hip Gulou (Drum Tower) neighborhood of old Beijing. We are just steps away from the Nanluoguxiang shopping street, but down a quiet hutong (old alley), a casually refined space to get away from the hustle and bustle. Fu (Fú 浮 means “floating/blissful“ in English). 2016年金秋，浮终于与大家见面。在北京市中心的鼓楼地带，与车水马龙的南锣鼓巷百步之遥，浮，静处于菊儿胡同的巷子里。是远离喧嚣，享受精致舒适时光的好去处。 Fu is a 3 level space -- the ground floor has a bar room and table seating, the 2nd floor a larger space with longer tables and benches for socializing and a cafe seating area with a view over the street, and a 3rd floor private space for group reservations -- from birthday parties to company presentations -- and a choice selection of wines for sale by the bottle. 浮，餐吧共三层。一层设置吧台与餐厅；二层设置适用于社交的大餐桌、望景吧台和VIP室；三层是可接受预定的空间，适用于生日聚会、公司会议、私人晚宴等。 Our food menu is pan-Mediterranean small plates or "tapas" with a foundation in Italian and Spanish food, but with inspiration from global cuisines. It\'s a challenge to curate a well-balanced list of all organic wines available in China, but we\'ve managed to find a nice variety -- from classic to innovative, Old World to New world -- a good range of prices, varietal, region, and style.
