HutongCuisine is set in a traditional courtyard house in China\'s capital, Beijing. Chef Chunyi Zhou takes you step by step through classic dishes and techniques to create Chinese dishes. Whether you\'re here in Beijing for a holiday or to work or study, it\'s a fun way to get to know the culture and gives you something you can take home as a lifelong souvenir. All classes are taught in English and are completely hands on. Learn anything from hand-pulled noodles to dim sum.
