Cafe Monsieur Team, Cafe Monsieur was created in November 2013 by two French friends, one is Chinese born in Paris and was working in “café-bistrot” close to district called La Défense. The other one is from Clermont Ferrand and was working with Parisian pastry maker. Both arrived in Shanghai in 2011, we hardly find fresh food without paying a fortune or knowing the very good addresses. That’s the reason why we care about the freshness, the quality of our products and the price of it. Everything we serve here is homemade. You’ll find a simple and fast cuisine such as Italian pasta, fresh composition of salad, warm or cold sandwiches, and of course a large choice of beverages to warm up and shelter from the cold, or to refresh from the high temperature in summer. Eternal coffee drinkers, we selected for you one of the best fresh roasted coffee that you can find in Shanghai. This is a 100% organic blend of coffee beans that come from Pu’er Yunnan, Gayo Linge Sumatra, and Pluma Tres Mexico. You will enjoy each espresso with flavour notes of caramel and cinnamon. Cookies are our specialty. We propose a large choice of cookies from the most classic original chocolate to more original ones such as the Berry White made with cranberries and white chocolate.
