CUIVRE became reality after receiving friend\'s phone call after an amazing journey in Provence. CUIVRE is a French word used originally as cooking wares, standing for copper.
We are mainly drawing modern cuisine coming from traditional recipes in a friendly atmosphere. Only fresh products are used in our cuisine, our vegetables and fruits are coming from "Madame Avocado", Known as Avocado lady.
