About Betty Ng Ginger’s founder Betty Ng serves food she loves to eat, from her exotic travels and with influences from her days of growing up in Singapore and living in Tokyo for a decade. It was in Tokyo that Betty attended Le Cordon Bleu and attained a grand diploma in cuisine and patisserie. Betty promotes healthy ingredients, delicate presentation, fun creation and clean yet flavorsome tastes.
