Our bread is freshly made every morning we carefully select the best imported French flour and butter to create your first bites of the day. Our baker, Cody is hand crafting every single croissant and puff pastries to ensure the original French breakfast experience. Rather than using commercial yeast, our loaves are made using naturally occurring yeast giving them the beautiful flavours and aromas that make bread so special.
