Very good place to drink a cheap beer. They have a two beer for one offer, also every day different food offers. There is pool and beer pong table, also other stuff like dart and table football. Sometimes it can be very crowded.

Can't beat buy one get one free drinks and free pool!! They also have darts, shuffleboard, and foosball. The staff speaks great English if your Mandarin is a little rusty.

Cheap drinks, lots of people to meet, busy place so try to go early on weekends. Lots of English speakers and students frequent this place. Buying drinks in bulk here (pitcher of beer, round of shots) seems to be very cost effective. Food is good here, but this is still in Shanghai, so if you want cheap you can grab noodles from any random street cart nearby.
