XINLE

XINLE (新乐 ) means New Happiness... It\'s been more than 15 years since I opened my 1st restaurant in Paris "Le Royal Mondetour", with my best friend Leo Chabot. That period was amazing. Excellent food, nice people, fancy parties. Awsome! Since then, I focused on my musical career. Since I moved to Shanghai in 2009, I always envisaged to open a restaurant. Not a classical french, but something more cosmopolitan, as Shanghai is. A mix of different influences: french, american, chinese... A "Yang Jing Bang" of food, culture and ambiance. Someone would force the destiny. I\'ve always believed it\'s better to wait for the right time to do things. I now have the opportunity to open XINLE with my shanghainese friend and partner Mickael. Here we go. It\'s a work in progress now. Construction and interior design will be finished mid-August, the Chef is on board, and as a music producer, I will also deligth you with the best sound I love. My favorite goes for "Soul music" at the moment. I\'m glad to welcome you this September at XINLE. Let\'s see what will happen...
